Ratings and reviews

Apparently ASOS scams customers with items they don't want to take back. I sent some jeans back that I had tried on briefly. My return was declined by ASOS because the item was 'used or dirty'. They sent me photos of the item but nothing was visible. I contacted the customer service multiple times and they then used a different reason for sending it back, referring to the jeans as 'the dress' and said it had a smell (clearly that was standard response gone wrong). Be careful how you shop there!

The Asos app is very easy to navigate, making for a smooth user experience. Responses to any customer issues I've had have been fast and effective, which adds to my confidence in Asos and its products. I do not live in the UK anymore but I love that i can order items and get them delivered (fairly) swiftly to continental Europe, and while maintaining free returns <3

It was a very long time ago but it was at one day where i ordered a jacket for my brother. He wanted the tall version of it so I canceled the order. The payment was done immediately after ordering via PayPal. So the money got transacted already. When i canceled the status said that it was succesfully canceled. Yet I never got my money back. Worst experience i ever had with ASOS. Amazing products, but the 80 euros which i lost for nothing is sadly enough to give this a 1 star. Im really sorry.

What's new

We fixed some bugs. Not that we're saying there were any bugs before. But there are definitely less bugs now.
