This app just flat out sucks. After days of dealing with technical difficulties and trying figure it out with kdwp person on the provided phone #, I finally gave up and uninstalled it and called the lake i wanted to camp at and booked it over the phone in a few minutes. Don't know why camping really needs something like this. Much easier the old-school way.

Android version could use an update. I have a Galaxy S25 Ultra and all the text does not come in on the android version. Had to login on wife's iPhone, where it has much less issues than the android version. Tried going to a web page, but directs you to the app that is broken on android. Please look into this, I want to be able to utilize the app.

This app provides such little value and had tons of undisclosed fees. There's a stupidly small picture of a campground map that you have to pinch to zoom in to read the miniscule numbers. The first thing you see is a wall of meaningless campground numbers. The payment and login don't auto fill.
