About this app

With Hospitality Mobile Access you can check in to your hotel room before you arrive and receive your room key direct to your phone. When you arrive at the hotel, go straight to your room and open the door by holding your phone up against the lock. Your hotel key is securely delivered and stored inside your device and you don't need to worry about a keycard.

It intermittently works. It'll let me use it on one reader, but not the next but then it will work, meanwhile it's stopped on a reader to enter the parking lot and I'm holding up several cars whilst I scramble for the good old fashioned proximity card.

If works intermittenttly - use screen of the phone against the lock, instead of back.

flat out didn't work. Stranded outside apartment. Other family members had iPhones and they worked fine. Android app was able to open the door to the building but no sign of activity when trying to open the apartment door. Resin talking the app, regenerating the keys multiple times didn't work. Samsung s25, android 16. The app never appeared in settings as an app trying to use NFC. Looks like it just doesn't work in Android or doesn't support latest android level or conflicts with other NFC app
