When I first got it. It was perfect. Cameras moved. Caught every motion during the 30 day trial. But after the trial I paid for the plan 3 times and none of these features worked. I reached out to the help center and never gotten any response. My money is and has been taken from my account and the Cameras stop doing all it was doing during the trail. I'm highly upset that no one will response. I have the screenshots to prove it.

this is a really nice and excellent app but unfortunately it will not set up my outside light bulb camera but other than that I'm pretty sure it's a really good app.

I used this app and my ivy cam to monitor my birds. Easier to setup than my other camera and app (joolink), which i couldnt connect anymore. This app allows me to connect by Bluetooth or QR code, much easier than just using wifi
