VIGIL - Maintenance Contract Surveillance System

Vigil is a Contract Surveillance System of Service Provider data utilising Asset Edge Reflect Software. It allows a Contract Management and Surveillance staff to view Service Provider data in both Office and Field environments whilst allowing them to conduct audits, document issues, identify and scope works, raise non conformances and conduct field checklists electronically.

It is a feature rich software product that can be used for the planning, recording and analysis of any group of maintenance activities for any class of asset. It provides Read-only view of Complains, Inspections, Defect, Planned Work and Accomplishment recording.
