PDF import doesn't work. When I highlight the PDF file and tap on the "SELECT" at the top of the screen, I am taken to the next screen for the "New invoice". The previous one was NOT imported, or at least, can not be seen on the "My submitted invoices". So, without that function the app is useless as for all other services I can go on the Assura website. On the other side, the scan function worked well and the receipt was submitted. Would be nice to have a possibility to add comments with the submitted form.

The scanner is not working. I could scan only one document. The rest is just writing "kein Beleg erkannt" And stupidly this app doesn't take pictures from the gallery as others scanning apps are doing. Very negative experience. Everything is as usually , service providers earn a lot of money but doesn't want to invest in a proper electronic tool.

Very useful App and the workflow seems quite efficient on the back office to process the requests: I got the money back quite quickly, faster than if I send all the bloody papers for the whole family (4 persons). The camera is sometimes difficult to use (be very stable especially in low light conditions), hopefully the flash can be activated. The pdf scan is working fine, I scanned a page and shared it from Google Drive and immediately attached in my request.
I would however suggest some improvements:
- Link all the requests in the App with a section in the e-assura web-site (ideally categorised: 'processed' vs 'in progress')
- Possibility to archive the processed request or to introduce a new status like "Paid" or "Processed" so that we can see better the status of a request and which one we're waiting on.
There is also now the possibility to choose the person (contract) before the scan, it would be nice to know if we still need to write the insurance number on the paper or not (I did not get any official news after the App update).
