If you need a VPN in China, this us NOT the one. There are monthly intermittent service outages that last for days or weeks, and it's customer service is non-existent whether you're a paying customer or not. When it does work, it works great...but with the complete lack of service in all aspects of the app, I would give it 0-stars if possible.

Can't subscribe, sign out or file ticket. Trial period initially showed good results, but when I went to pay the next day, a loading screen appears and then disappears with no message. Can't file ticket from the app about the issue (get failure message after some time). Can't log out to try a different account. Update to respond to developer comment: I literally *cannot* submit a ticket, as I mentioned above. If you had read my review before commenting, you would know this.

I paid a year subscription because I was satisfied bla bla and now my connection is worse than ever was, I can't even open my Outlook mail, send a whatsapp message, God forbid if I want to see an Instagram video, few seconds take at least five minutes. I don't know what happened to your vpn, but it got way worse. Please fix this issues. And also, I don't know why you have support email, because you never reply anyway.
