Not satisfied. The new UI/UX is not acceptable & appealing at all, specially compared with the native Material Design UI/UX of Android. You stated on your website that almost every OpenVPN directive is supported by the official Android client; the connection log file shows many necessary and important directives are ignored by the client. The absence of the feature which enables the users to include/exclude apps for a VPN connection, available since Lollipop days in almost any VPN client, is worth mentioning.
the app was great up until they made all these uncesssary changes. now its a distracting slow mess that visually looks unnappealing compared to the sleek & simple look it once had. i cant stand when these kind of awful changes are made to something that doesnt need it. this is why i never update apps frequently, a good thing always gets ruined.
I have the same problems as everyone else there, but developer still asks for logs and problem description. Noncense. It's the same, just fix it. Wiped profiles and connectivity issues. It just hangs from time to time and the only solution is to turn on airplane mode and turn it back off. Don't break stuff in the first place. This "upgrade" was not needed.
I noticed that recent update wiped all the settings to default ones. Also I could not connect to VPN sever without importing ovpn profile again. Except these two issues app works well.
Went to use my VPN profile today to connect but found both my devices had no profiles. It seems the newest update didn't bother to keep the profiles, leaving me shut out of my home network. Very poor. Now I need to recreate my profiles as I don't keep the ovpn files hanging around.
Occasionally drops connection (annoying!). Needs a dark theme. Otherwise great. EDIT: Have also seen that when connection drops, the kill switch doesn't work and internet activity is able to continue. This is not so great.
