ATEM is a multimodal program based on the 3 pillars "Breathing", "Posture" and "Relaxation".
In breathing we use, among other things, the Buteyko principles for healthy breathing to teach you the basics of correct breathing. The Buteyko method is actually used in the treatment of respiratory diseases such as asthma. The principles behind it also have incredibly positive effects on people without respiratory diseases. Due to our modern way of life, stress and diseases we have all forgotten how to breathe properly and have to learn it again. During the training we also learn to control the breathing frequency.
For the correct posture we combine elements from physiotherapy and osteopathy to release your tensions and thus facilitate correct breathing.
For relaxation, we use mindfulness and relaxation techniques from yoga, among others, to shift your body and mind into a relaxed state, which in turn has a positive impact on proper breathing.

The ATEM breathing coach measures your performance and health status through various parameters and automatically adjusts the exercises accordingly.
To measure the health parameters, we use certain functions of your smartphone, such as the camera. The values determined in this way are supplemented by your personal information.
