Every human being is naturally endowed with the ability to heal himself: Through the power of breathing. By breathing correctly, you can activate your own inner physician. Healthy inhaling and exhaling is done exclusively through the nose. With each breath there should be a so-called abdominal breathing. Besides the lungs, the diaphragm plays an important role.

Your breathing coach uses AI to select the right breathing exercises for you and guides you through the short effective breathing exercises with the help of easy-to-understand video instructions. With just a few minutes of training per day, you can sustainably improve your quality of life.

ATEM is a multimodal program based on the 3 pillars "Breathing", "Posture" and "Relaxation".
In breathing we use, among other things, the Buteyko principles for healthy breathing to teach you the basics of correct breathing. The Buteyko method is actually used in the treatment of respiratory diseases such as asthma. The principles behind it also have incredibly positive effects on people without respiratory diseases. Due to our modern way of life, stress and diseases we have all forgotten how to breathe properly and have to learn it again. During the training we also learn to control the breathing frequency.
For the correct posture we combine elements from physiotherapy and osteopathy to release your tensions and thus facilitate correct breathing.
For relaxation, we use mindfulness and relaxation techniques from yoga, among others, to shift your body and mind into a relaxed state, which in turn has a positive impact on proper breathing.

The ATEM breathing coach measures your performance and health status through various parameters and automatically adjusts the exercises accordingly.
To measure the health parameters, we use certain functions of your smartphone, such as the camera. The values determined in this way are supplemented by your personal information. This creates a solid database for the automatic selection of exercises by our AI metric. The intuitive and user-friendly exercise instructions for the breathing exercises motivate daily use.

I am a pro athlete. I started using the app a month ago, after my friend recommended it. I feel way better day to day and my performance in the gym has goten better. Really helps with recovery and stress management.

Are you seriously asking for money when there are free yt tutorials on how to practice diaphragmatic breathing...Jesus Christ...not even that is free on your app...
