About this app

Athar Baq is a religious and devotional app for Muslims. It helps users with daily worship by providing prayer times based on location, Quran reading with bookmarks and last-page resume, Qibla direction using device sensors, and collections of supplications (duas), prophetic traditions (ahadith), and athkar (adhkar). A digital sebha (tasbih) is also included for counting dhikr. The app supports Arabic and English and can show prayer-time reminders via optional notifications.

The app is built with Flutter. Most content and user preferences are stored locally on the device. Some content (for example, "about app" information) is loaded from the internet when available. Push notifications use Firebase Cloud Messaging when the user has granted notification permission.
