About this app

This is how you stay connected with your Ather vehicle and manage it. There’s so much you can do: locate your scooter, plan your everyday ride, place a service request, track vehicle’s charging and view your ride history and statistics. You can connect your Ather App via Bluetooth to your Ather 450X and view and control calls received and music being played on your phone right on your scooter's dashboard.

What is wrong with this app? Why is it not connecting to my Rizta like before? Even after granting all permissions, the app cannot connect to my Rizta, and it does not connect to the vehicle even after pairing. Also whenever the key is switched on, it keeps asking to pair. We have purchased the Ather Pro Pack but are unable to access the features provided in it. Even the Service center is unable to resolve. It doesn't even worth 1 star rating.

It’s great to hear that you’ve had such a smooth experience with your Ather. It’s one of the few EVs known for having a very "finished" feel, where the hardware and software work together without many glitches. Since you mentioned you've never faced a problem, you are likely benefiting from their OTA (Over-The-Air) updates, which often fix bugs before the rider even notices them.

It's awesome with extended warranty up to 8 years but seems to be a little more expensive as the extended warranty is only for the battery by paying around 20K extra (15K for extended warranty upto 5years + 5K to extend upto 8 years). Inspite of paying additional 20K, for the vehicle and charger the warranty is only for 3 years and if we want, we can get upto 5 years warranty by pay extra. Even the add-ons / spares seems to be quite expensive even after going for a combo offer...
