The app is all good, but i am not able to find shut down vehicle, ir stop charging option in the app as was announced latest update The remote shutdown, stop charging remotely feature has been added now. the recent trips feature has been limited to 30 days only, I found that on the negative side. That aside, the app has been good, and the company has supported it to make it a better experience.

Love the vehicle, but the service booking experience is extremely poor. I received a call confirming my service was booked, but the SMS had no booking ID, no location, nothing, just a website link that again asked me to book a slot and only showed a list of service centres. If the expectation is to simply walk in to a service center, please communicate that clearly. Don’t confirm a booking without any actual booking details. Really disappointing experience.

The app was working well for a couple of days initially. Now it is not giving any results such as charging, location, total ride etc. The whole purpose to Buy Ather was to have full control on mobile for vehicle however it seems that App is failing now completely. I have visited service station as well for this issue, answer I got is that base model that is Rizta S has this issue and we can't do much about it. truely disappointed with this. hope that something should be done for this.
