This app was great until it got its most recent update. If you don't brush for the full 2 minutes and tell it you're done, it will not save any of the time, coverage or pressure data. Sometimes even when you do tell it, it doesn't save the data. it's very frustrating when half the point is to track the data and get insights into how you're brushing.

new to this app, but getting frustrated because the part that shows the coverage as you brush is not accurate. even though I'm covering all surfaces, the app is not reflecting that. if I'm on the the left bottom quadrant, it might reflect that I'm brushing my front teeth. I'm focusing more on trying to get the app to reflect the correct quadrant than I am on making sure I properly brush all of my teeth, so I'll probably stop using the app.

We’re sorry the app hasn’t been recording your brushing sessions properly, and that the position detection isn’t working. To help improve position detection, start with the outside surfaces of the teeth and move from one tooth to the next, letting the brush sit against each tooth briefly, and then repeat this with the chewing and inside surfaces.

App mostly works fine if you open it before you start brushing and if you don't leave the app while brushing. But if you're actively in a brushing session and a notification pops up, and you tap on it and go back to the Oral-B app, it'll think your session ended and you have to start a brand new one without it using the previous coverage numbers and it breaks your streaks. Also sometimes it thinks I'm brushing the right side of my teeth when it's actually the left side.
