After using the app 4 months and a race I am disappointed since it has never got my zones right even though I have all kinds of sensors. With that the targets for the training season's were frequently off. I don't think I will renew.

Great Adaptive Trainer for Trithalon pushes you but takes into account fatigue and events and can process tons of data. Flexible programing . Gives compliments, motivation and things to focus on in trianing. would recommend to anyone that wants to have a flexible weekly program planned out for a year in advance that is always chsnging depending on how you feel and events you need to train for.

if you are an endurance athlete you have to try athletica.ai. the program adapts your training based on your recovery and the ai coach guides you on your session. the team behind the app is the best in the business and incredibly passionate about helping everyone achieve their best. the app is new so some features yet to come but it's very stable and well designed. stop reading this review and sign up now!!!
