Athlix is the companion app for clients working with a personal trainer or coach. Your trainer builds your program, Athlix guides you through every session. GUIDED WORKOUTS Follow your training program one exercise at a time. Swipe through exercises, log sets with weight, reps, and RPE, and use built-in rest timers that auto-advance when you're ready. The Today screen shows exactly what's on deck, tracks your weekly progress, and keeps you on schedule with a visual timeline. STAY FLEXIBLE Need to swap an exercise?
