The app is easy to use and offers good guidance. My single complaint is that every time I use it, it freezes then exits the program during one of the exercises, usually the last one. This requires me to retrieve my phone, scroll to the appropriate exercise, restart it, place the phone in place and return to the starting position in order to complete the series. I've used my program twice daily for a month, and I have not had one session where this has not occurred. Irritating.

The user interface of the app is very clean and easy to navigate, but it seems like nothing that is done with the physical therapist or even the activities that the physical therapist has. You do as part of your homework ever gets synced to the app. Like none of the activities or meetings are ever recorded in the app. You have to keep track of the emails they send you in order to stay on top of your treatment plan.

ATI Technologie employees (...creators of the app) needs to do better (...make better changes to this app). Provide an option whether it be a to do list or video assist. Manual pauses needs to be an option. Manual reset of timer needs to be an option. Not everyone has a tripod to have your phone camera follow you to able to do the exercise/stretch properly (...and I am one of them who does not have a tripod). Privacy is important, not everyone likes to be videoed doing the exercises/stretches.
