I can never log in. The app can't even be installed if you access log in via a browser, it will constantly try to open the app for log in and it gives only a blank skin. So if the app is broke for you like me, it actually has to fully uninstalled for you to use the browser site. Plus, don't even bother with this card, it's wildly predatory.

Try to set up an account, says it already exists. Go to the recovery option, and when it asks where to send the information, the drop down menu doesn't work. Can't recover, can't login, can't pay. Fix your app!

I called in to try to update my phone number and my payment information in order to make a payment. They told me they couldn't update my account because the phone is registered with my husband's name. I was finally able to make my payment from a checking account on my account. I've never in my life heard of anything as crazy as this, and it came from one of the many supervisors. Imagine, you really need to change your approach. The saying you can change your info from anywhere is a blatant lie!
