its a bad card, bad customer service. They take a week to past your payment. if you have a high balance they block you from logging into the app. when I called to gain access to the app, the person on the other line claimed that they could not email me a password reset? I did pay off my full balance and close the card. Its a weak card, if youre building youre credit its best to just build with a credit builder loan and wait until you can get a real credit card.

I haven't even gotten the card yet. Been almost a month. When I asked why I haven't received it, all they kept repeating like I was an idiot, that it was sent out, but now they suspended that card, and I have to wait another however long to get my first card. already owe hundreds.Never used it! Costumerservice turned it around on me like it was my fault! The next day I finally get the original card. I asked if they could please cancel the new one they just sent out and reactive the this one. No.

The app is horrible and has been since I left my first review 2 years ago. I'm paying this card off and I will be getting rid of it, and the horrible app. It will take DAYS to even open so I can pay, if it opens at all. For the amount customers spend, you could at least provide a functional app. You will be losing this customer. Plenty of other cards want their customers to pay their bill, so they actually provide apps that... ya know, open (and actually work). And yes, it is up to date.
