The app doesn't work 80% of the time. Now 8/16/22 it's says must update to sign in, after the update the sign in page won't even load. Great..... Update 11/25/25: the verification system to sign in has been broken since the end of September. I'm not taking a day off work to call these people, and you cannot get adequate customer support via email or through text message any longer. I used to be able to contact a person almost at any time, now I get nothing but ignored.

I've had this app for only one week and I can already understand the simplicity of using the app. Much better than some of the other credit companies I've dealt with.. So far they're great with customer service and the app is easy to use. Thank you Aspire! For helping us build credit and giving us an opportunity to do so and like I said it's easy and simple with the app. Great job! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING!!

The app is horrible and has been since I left my first review 2 years ago. I'm paying this card off and I will be getting rid of it, and the horrible app. It will take DAYS to even open so I can pay, if it opens at all. For the amount customers spend, you could at least provide a functional app. You will be losing this customer. Plenty of other cards want their customers to pay their bill, so they actually provide apps that... ya know, open (and actually work). And yes, it is up to date.
