- Reliable time recording, always and everywhere, from home or on the road. Thereby, compliant with laws and collective as well as company agreements.
- Fast and easy requesting of holidays, overtime and absences by the employees. Approved by supervisors just by pushing the button. Everything digital.
- Automatic and proactive notification for employees in case of missing sick notes or clock- out times. Lean processes guaranteed.
- Viewing schedules with lots of details, accepting or swapping shifts and specifying preferences for working hours. Flexible and smart new work.
- Dashboards and reports: Information available in real-time for evaluations and analyses. Full transparency for employees. Quick and informed decisions by supervisors.
- Simple and secure login via Face Scan, Fingerprint or with PIN Code.
Prerequisites:
The app is intended for companies and their employees that …
- dispose of the ATOSS Staff Efficiency Suite 15 or a more recent version (the user's app version is backwards compatible with the company's respective software version).
- have licensed the module ATOSS Staff Center (Mobile).
- have a smartphone or tablet with the most recent Android operating system (at least 5 versions before are also supported).
