Attune Employee Smart Forms is the field operations app for authorized Attune IT employees.

Complete assigned inspection forms and checklists from the field using your mobile device. The app works offline and syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.

KEY FEATURES

• Forms & Inspections — Complete structured forms assigned by your supervisor. Capture photos directly in the app using your device camera. Record GPS location for site verification.

• Workflows — Execute multi-step approval workflows assigned to you. Track progress through each step and submit completed work for supervisor review.

• Approvals — Review and approve submitted work from your team. Accept or reject submissions with comments directly from the app.

• Notifications — Receive alerts when new forms or workflows are assigned to you, when approvals are needed, and when your submissions are reviewed.

• Offline Support — Work without an internet connection. All data syncs automatically when you reconnect.

ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

This app is for use by employees of organizations that have an active Attune IT account. A company-issued login is required. This app is not available for public registration.

PERMISSIONS

• Camera — Required to photograph equipment, assets, and job sites when completing field inspection forms.
• Location — Required to record GPS coordinates on submitted field reports.
• Notifications — Required to receive assignment alerts and approval requests from your team.
