the only useful feature is the self scan which actually works. beyond that the app can't really be called an app, you can see it just loads the website. you login in the app, but you have to keep logging in almost everytime you visit the "in-app" store. you accept the cookie policy and whatnot but periodically it asks you again. you are in the app but you still get prompted to go and download the app. the product search is optimized for a laptop. all in all, terrible.

I've had it for a long time and it's been working perfectly, but all of a sudden it crashed and though I've tried reinstalling it several times, it still doesn't work every time I open it. which really is a pity, because I want to buy something with the Card discount.. and now I can't. Please fix this issue! Auchan Romania Edit: The issue has been solved! Thank you Auchan Romania for your quick and helpful customer service.

Yesterday I added some product in tne shopping cart. This morning i opened the app and a message popped up to check my Internet connection (which was fine). I reopened the app and this time it worked, but the cart was empty. I don't want to work twice (or every day) to add the products. Moreover, if someone forgets items in the shopping list, can use the "empty chart" button. Therefore, it's better to save the cart. Please take this into consideration. Thanks
