I've had it for a long time and it's been working perfectly, but all of a sudden it crashed and though I've tried reinstalling it several times, it still doesn't work every time I open it. which really is a pity, because I want to buy something with the Card discount.. and now I can't. Unsafe, you start scanning products, switch to other apps to chat or checklist items on the shopping list, come back to the app, asked to resume shopping, products are missing. If i wasn't aware, i could've gone to the Scan and Go checkout, only to be stopped by security and considered a fellon. You cannot leave this app as is. At a point in time, after switching back to the app, to resume scanning, my list was not showing the prices, thus getting the pay code. Had to delete products and rescan

I tried creating an account to add a card, but my email was initially marked invalid. After activation via chat, I added the card, but it disappeared after 10 minutes. Three days later, I was logged out and couldn’t log back in due to the same email issue. Support couldn’t fix the problem, and my card still doesn’t work. I’ve called multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Very frustrating experience with poor customer service.
