Ratings and reviews

fantastic tool for use during travel and holiday. all the information we needed including emergency contacts (which happily we didn't need). love the Journal, still looking at it most days even 6 weeks later!

once you log in for the first time it great then it will not let you back in. saying you do not exist. poor site needs lots of work not great on android. company is on of the best in the world. but as always IT lets them down.

it simply does not work it is telling me my flight has been reinstated when it was cancelled. very confusing.
