the lock is great but the app is hot garbage. it NEVER works. it constantly gives error messages when trying to add or remove codes, the open/lock function works maybe 50% of the time (if you're lucky), and there really doesn't appear to be any way to troubleshoot it. if they don't fix the app, and I mean MAJOR fixes, there's no point in using it at all. once this lock goes, I'm just gonna buy a different brand so I don't have to deal with this nonsense any longer.

Slow and unresponsive When attempting to connect to a lock the app will hang. If you try to view the signal strength the app will again just hang and never come back with any information. The geographical auto unlock feature works intermittently at best. Most times it just doesn't work. If you have a perfect network with a strong signal everywhere then the app may work but if your network has a weak signal then the app just doesn't know what to do and hangs.

The app seems like an after thought. It struggles to stay connected so I can change settings even though I am standing less than 7" away from the lock. I tried to delete a damaged lock from my account, but since it cannot connect to it, I cannot remove it. Overall, not very well thought out-needs a lot of work before I'd considered it useful.
