Subject: Issue with Namma Metro Card Recharge via App I have recharged my Namma Metro card using this application. The app showed that the recharge was successful, but the amount is not reflecting on my card. Could you please explain why it is not working? Also, what is the actual use of this application if the recharge doesn't reflect immediately? What is the "card top-up terminal" mentioned in the app? Moreover, no one is answering your customer care number. What is going on?

QR code never gets detected. Very frustrating. There is no way we can enlarge the QR code in this app, so it can get scanned easily. Only way I made it work by taking a picture of the QR code from another phone and scanned it.

my app is not showing the updated balance in the card. please rectify this. One thing you can add is a start station to end station route thing where we can put our home station and then our destination and it will this show the no. of stations in between, change if any, and the fare
