Crisis Connect is an offline-first emergency communication app that keeps you connected when networks fail. Using Bluetooth mesh technology, nearby phones exchange messages directly with each other — no internet, no Wi-Fi, no mobile signal and no SIM card required.
When an earthquake, flood, hurricane, wildfire or large-scale power outage takes the network down, most messaging apps stop working. Crisis Connect is built for exactly that moment.
WHY CRISIS CONNECT?
Ordinary messengers depend on servers, mobile data and cell towers. In a disaster, those are often the first things to fail. Crisis Connect creates direct device-to-device connections, so your family, friends, neighbors and rescue teams can keep communicating during a blackout, network outage or infrastructure collapse.

Crisis Connect includes Crisis Sentinel, an AI assistant that runs entirely on your phone. Ask questions about disaster preparedness, emergency planning and safety, and get guidance even with zero connectivity.

Crisis Connect combines Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Bluetooth Classic to form a local mesh network between phones. Every device can also act as a relay, passing messages along so communication chains across many users — like a text-based walkie-talkie network powered by the phones around you. Typical device-to-device range reaches up to 130 meters in open areas, and the mesh extends it even further.
