Worked well, for a time, but I started encountering problems with them giving me invalid esims from the word "go" (a total of 3 times!) Sometimes their support fixed the problem in short order, sometimes they sent me in circles for 30 minutes and resolved nothing. Whether this is a scam, a flawed system, or good old-fashioned incompetence, use this service at your own risk.

this company is very hard to deal with. installing the eSim took too long, no email code sent for hours, and had to call them. it stopped working when I changed countries even though they both should have been covered. i was auto billed and it was like going in bot circles to cancel. I'm still waiting for a refund. I cancelled it on the last day but was billed anyway though i didn't use it but the first 3 weeks. really frustrating experience. when finally installed it worked fine in Costa Rica

Downloaded it and got the confirmation, yet the install process is ridiculous. I enter the code they give and apparently it's already in use. Asked for a refund and got some spiel about speaking with the tech team. I'm not doing that while on vacation. Went and got Saily, and it worked instantly. Mo hassle, no issue, and not a waste of $40.
