About this app

The "MTA Insight" app provides MTA NYCT Subways employees in Service Delivery (or RTO) and Buses Hourly and Operating Supervisors (including DOB and MTA Bus) to access UTS on their mobile devices:
1. Timecard
2. Scheduled Assignments
3. Leave Balances
4. Picked Jobs
5. Scheduled Vacation Weeks

Ratings and reviews

It's convenient to see your scheduled job as an XX, however when losing internet connection the app force closes over n over even after re-establishing connection. For rto workers it needs more stability in that area. Also please add schedule cards to the app. It's tedious seeing what job you're assigned and then having to go all the way to tens, deal with ANOTHER duo authentication, and 4 sub menus just to see what our job is doing.

Just got an email from the MTA , Telling that the MTA insight is available now with duo app , you need to download the duo app then you need to call the server to activate it , then I keep trying to log in but every time it says Log in failed, Timeouterror : Timeout has occurred Is very annoying 😒 🙄 😑

This is the most difficult app I ever use in my life it is nearly impossible to log in I have spent more than an hour for everyday for over a week to try to get into this app I have no idea why the MTA has made it so difficult just to see the hours you have worked and time balance even if I were to give out my password to everyone there is nothing they could do but look at my time balance please make this more simple
