Work for a taxi firm & use this app, was great until the new update. The app gets stuck when I try to log in on my phone data, I have to have the WiFi to first log on & then it runs fine on the mobile data but if for some reason I have a problem with the app & I log out & try to log back in again then its stuck with the same problem as I need the WiFi or els can get the app going. Hope its fix soon as I'm having a big problem with this now.

Been using it for a few weeks (all the PHV drivers for the firm I drive for use it also 100+) , it is pretty solid. Would be nice if the sound alert for new job being offered to you worked but otherwise no complaints. Had to learn how to use it myself pretty much as the "training" I got was a full 90 second course.... Distances to the various zones are 'as the crow flies" which is pretty dumb but once you get used to where they are in your town/city it is fine. I use Google maps linked with this and combined it gets me to the exact place 95% of the time.

The needs improvements for example the option to call and send messages via the app using customers sim, or at least allow people to have the option to click and call that way we don't have to read the number and then go back to dial plus I think it should have the option to open the navigation apps like Waze, the other thing is the option to add a multiple drop off and pick ups currently people are using it like a personal bus, please take all the feedbacks in to consideration. Thank you
