This app is slow and terribly ineffective. I spent 15 minutes trying to book a hotel that would've taken me less directly through the hotel website. I spent an hour with support trying to rebook and they managed to do it incorrectly. again, direct would've been significantly faster. The app has too many issues and support is severely lacking, I wish my company did not utilize this service.

the app has been mostly good, but recently new features of splitting up a receipt from the transaction is very bad UX. you used to simply be able to auto fill an expense from the receipt, now it forces you to split it up into two parts and automatically doesn't find the matching reimbursement. it makes no sense to do this, it was working fine before. also there are now issues picking up the PDFs from email attachments. this was also working before. the latest release has major regression

I used Navan while working at two different companies. All of my colleagues hate the app and the service with passion. You cannot chose seats, so you get a middle row at the back. Making flight changes is very hard. If you cancel the flight (because you can't make changes), your company loses the money, because the credits towards future flights cannot be easily applied, so they just expire after a year. Customer service is not great. And the ads that Navan runs on social media are misleading.
