About this app

BluegateX is a cloud-based access control service that allows you to control parking barriers via smartphone.

This app is designed for tenants and users at sites where the BluegateX system is installed, such as apartments, officetels, logistics centers, and commercial parking lots.

■ Key Features

· Open/Close Entrances
Operate barriers at registered sites using buttons on the screen. There is no need to get out of your vehicle or search for a remote control.

· Support for Multiple Entrances
If a site has multiple entrances, such as a front or back gate, you can select them from a list to control each one individually.

· Real-time Connection Status Display
Displays the connection status of equipment at each entrance as "Available" or "Disabled." Buttons for disconnected entrances are disabled to prevent accidental operation.

■ How to Use

1. Install and launch the app.

2. Enter the name of the site you wish to use to request registration.

3. Once approved by the site manager, you can use the service immediately.

There is no separate registration or personal information entry process. It is safe because barriers can only be operated from devices approved by the site manager.

■ User Guide

This app can only be used at sites where the BluegateX system is installed. Please contact the management office or facility manager regarding site implementation.

An internet connection is required to use the app.
