About this app

The BluegateX Manager App is an app exclusively for site managers to remotely control parking barriers and manage users.

Even when not at the management office or office, you can operate the barriers, check entry history, and approve or block users via your smartphone.

■ Barrier Control

· Fixed / Open / Closed
Individual control is available for each entrance. Use the fixed function when the barrier needs to remain open, such as during events or moving.

· Barrier Status Inquiry
For sites connected via serial, you can check the current status (open, closed, fixed) of the barrier in real-time.

· Real-time Connection Status Display
If the equipment connection is lost, it is immediately displayed on the screen, allowing for quick identification of the issue.

■ User Management

· Approval and Rejection of Registration Requests
When a resident requests registration via the app, it is indicated by a notification badge. Once approved by assigning a username, usage begins immediately.

· User Blocking
Users who have vacated the premises or lost their authority can be blocked immediately. There is no need to retrieve the remote control.

■ Entry History

All operation records are automatically saved. The time of operation, entrance/exit, type of operation, success status, and operator are recorded together, and can be searched by username.

■ Account Management

You can directly change the manager's name and password.

■ User Guide

This app can only be logged in with an account issued to the manager of a site where the BluegateX system has been implemented. General users are requested to install the 'Bluegate (Cloud User)' app.
