Wheee is Wellington's book-ahead ride. Book from 45 minutes to 30 days
ahead, get a confirmed driver before your pickup, and never pay surge
pricing. We cannot come five minutes from now. We will be there five
minutes before you need us.

Tell us where you're going and when, and we'll match you with a vetted
local driver ahead of time. No surge, no scrambling, no "driver
cancelled 2 minutes before pickup". Just a confirmed ride, waiting when
you need it.

ABOUT YOUR DATA

We collect what we need to run your rides. We also collect
app-usage statistics linked to your account, and crash reports, so
we can fix problems. Location is only used while the app is open.

Wheee is book-ahead only for now. The minimum booking window is 45
minutes in advance. It's how we keep quality high and cancellations
near zero.

What’s new

Payments are clearer. If the payment for a booked ride doesn't go through, Home now shows it straight away with a countdown and a Fix payment button. The Payment screen lets you try again or choose another card, and you can cancel the ride there too.

Booking also no longer fails with "refresh the price" after a patchy connection.
