very very bad at the time when I required it the most for road assistance. looks like we should not drive on Saturday as every way to contact from app is off. the carpal says "its not currently operating in this country."

Very user unfriendly app. Always an issue to schedule appointment. Apparently not integrated with the service center cos even after booking an appointment I still ended up waiting 40 minutes for the service advisor. What's the point then. Still prefer the old way of calling and booking, and yes wait to be attended.

Not a complete solution app. I am a big fan of Ford, its my family car since ages. But; - App is not showing all available slots for service scheduled. - App is not accepting the current mileage while booking for a service. - App should have an option for spare parts availability. Hence, uninstalling if from my cellular untill they come back with mature mobile app covering required features at the customer end.
