The online service supports authorized public-information research, document preparation, and delivery. One-time credit packs are available on the website; existing legacy subscriptions are managed separately there. Sponsor accounts, purchases, processing, and delivery require an internet connection and applicable account and facility approval.
The Android companion does not create or display resident research results, process credit purchases, send resident messages, or log in to Securus. It gives adult sponsors a convenient place to read guidance, check availability, and reach the separate website. Offline help requires no account.
PRIVACY AND CONTROL
The app does not request or store Securus credentials, sponsor passwords, resident messages, payment-card details, contacts, camera or microphone input, or location.
