by far worst rental place and experience. the customer service is unresponsive they say 5-10 mins it's been 2 days now. any thing that has to do with report an issue on the app don't work when u click it. it's impossible to locate the SF hub- and no way to enter the garage despite what app say. your charged ahead of time and charged a cancelation fee when the car not in the supposed spot. the app says 2 different locations as hub and both can't be accessed without a keyboard.

It's so bad, everything takes forever, and I always have to do tasks over and over, to get the car to wake, lock, start etc when I unplug from supercharger it takes 3 minutes, to register that I've unplugged to let me start it, it doesn't know if the car is locked or unlocked most of the time, it's constantly crashing, for an app that essentially runs the entire fleet, and all the bookings, it's definitely not as efficient and seamless as it could be. The input delay is just horrendous. Fix pls

Hi CJ, Thank you for your feedback. We would love to speak to you to help get this resolved but we need to know a few more details. Which Supercharging station are you charging at? Is it above ground or underground? We want to make sure that this is not a data connection issue so please reach out to us by creating a support ticket referencing this.

Absolutely despicable experience. I've placed a booking, and almost instantaneously it got cancelled by itself. I only knew it was cancelled because I got a text message as I left the app, then they tried charging $590.17 for "50% for cancellation before 24h from reservation". That's ABSURD! First of all, $590,17 for what they claim to be 50% for a one week rental is outrageous. Them I tried to contact support, they say they'll be in touch in 5-10mins, and after half an hour I still haven't.
