Ratings and reviews

Initially gave it 1* rating - there was an issue with the app crash every time on Pixel 7 Pro with latest os and updates. No modifications, no custom settings. Pure Android 14. Was contacted by the company, issue seems to be solved. Emotions died down, so it's 4* now.

The app is not working correctly, I cannot finish the registration process even I I have a modern xiaomi f5 pro phone. The service is inadequate, they don't won't to return my money even if I'm unable to finish the process of registration and I don't won't their service any more.

The rating is more so about the service, both in terms of the cars and customer service as well. The cars are new, clean, fast and there are plenty to choose from. The parking spaces are almost everywhere you would want them to be (Ljubljana), and they are adding more. The app is good, however there are occasional problems with the barriers and locking, however thanks to their topnotch customer service this is almost a non-issue. The only gripe I have is that its getting quite expensive to use
