so many glitches and troubles, last couple of weeks so many transactions declined for no reasons and few times transactions declined but still debited the account, make a payment on a petrol station and it declined first time and passed second time but debited twice and impossible to make a complaint through app, called customer service and they told me that's it will take up to 56 days to resolve 🤔🤔🤔 seriously thinking of changing bank

I have tried different combinations of passwords, including letters, numbers, and special characters, but the system is not accepting any of them. Kindly assist me.(new password and confirm password issue)

this app is pain in ... trying to increase transfer limit, no option in app. turns to computer, started verification process, after verification asking to wait for 2 hours. are u guys crazy.
