What an Stupid app! When making a Non Beneficiary transaction while waiting for OTP, it detects the OTP and Confirms the payment itself. Catching the OTP is OK but submitting the OTP itself is utterly stupid. please fix it.

When I put any amount of 4 digits in transfer, a space appears itself between 1st and 2nd digits. And it says 'please enter a valid amount'

he atmosphere there felt more like a noisy bus station, as if they had placed a random order‑taker behind the desk. The staff was extremely unprofessional and showed no sense of customer service. I filed the same complaint three times, yet they didn’t provide a single update or any kind of feedback. Every time I called, they treated me in a strange, dismissive, and unprofessional manner, which clearly shows how poorly they handle customers.
