i been trying to transfer the money but app not transferring the money from my Rda account to normal pakistan dib account neither to any or dib or other bank account even not show error its just loading and stop and when i cant see my balance when u click to the show balance option . nothing work as im here in abroad i cant able to talk to CS department i just sent them email and no reply im facing this issue since more than a weeks. dobt know how to sort it out . web not login

so many glitches and troubles, last couple of weeks so many transactions declined for no reasons and few times transactions declined but still debited the account, make a payment on a petrol station and it declined first time and passed second time but debited twice and impossible to make a complaint through app, called customer service and they told me that's it will take up to 56 days to resolve 🤔🤔🤔 seriously thinking of changing bank

I have tried different combinations of passwords, including letters, numbers, and special characters, but the system is not accepting any of them. Kindly assist me.(new password and confirm password issue)
