Worst online banking system. I repeat worst ever. I have downloaded this app several times from google play store. When I try to open it after downloading it never opens. I don't know what is the issue. Never experienced this with any other banking system. It's happening since I have opened my account in DIB and the pathetic customer service is not of any help. I have also emailed my issue but no reply.

I m using this app from a long time first time it happens when I click on app it's not open from last 4 days when I call on helpline there services is pathetic . incompetent staff sitting on calls just give us lame excuses they didn't have any solutions even it there technical error I think need to close this account from here now finally ..worst services in digital banking era
