Complaint #1978965 and #1978979. Avoid this platform at all costs. I am extremely disappointed with this platform. A major UI interface failure blocked my screen during a trade, making it impossible to manage my positions and causing significant losses. To make matters worse, they still haven't refunded money from a transfer that was never even approved. Every time I try to resolve this, I only get generic AI responses from the complaints team. There is no real help here, and I am still waiting

I'm in the review phase of this app but I think it's indeed a ready made tool for traders at all levels... The signals accuracy, intuitive lot sizing for opening trades, interface simplicity are indeed endearing. I'll be back to give 5 stars after sufficient time if it proves itself beating the limits it's stretched. Developer, pls add leverage adjustment within the app to make no need for going to the web for this. Also partial closing of trades

I found Avatrade challenging in Gulf countries. The method of transferring money is limited to bank cards or accounts. Nettles, Skrill, and Umoney aren't available in GCC. I deposited money through my card successfully. but my bank bounces back the withdrawal automatically. second issue, there is no way to track transitions. make sure you remember how much you deposited through which cards. That would be nice. but how can you assist me? adding a new method of withdrawal?
