update: the app is working again, but be aware it may go dark at any time without notice or any communication. be sure to download cycle reports regularly to not lose all of your data! (adding 2 stars because Ava's algorithm actually works very well for me) AVA FERTILITY IS OUT OF BUSINESS. THIS APP IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED. Its a miracle it worked for me as long as it did, but here we are. Do not expect anything out of this app because there is no one behind the scenes 😔 (one star)

I wanted to give this 5 stars. For 1-2 yrs I was able to get helpful data during sleep, even with pcos. But at least a month ago, the charging port to the ava broke so I cannot charge it or transfer data. I started manually putting in flow and symptoms etc. But now the app itself won't even let me login. I've tried un/reinstalling, clearing cache, checking wifi and turning to data only, restarting phone. It stays on loading screen "please check your internet connection, you seem to be offline."

App glitches constantly. Customer service is non-existent. It never gets my ovulation prediction correct (I confirm with progesterone strips) even when I wear it consistently. Currently I'm getting an error that I can't sync my data because there's no internet connection. I am connected to internet and Bluetooth. I would never buy this product again. Just get a BBT thermometer. It's annoying to temp every morning but is so much more simple and accurate. 0/5 stars if I could.
