Love the app, love the technology but the bracelet design sucks. Seriously this thing is falling apart. For $400 it should be at least quality material holding it on my wrist. It has been slowly withering away. I'm going to have to create a new way to keep it on my wrist. Even when I was so careful putting it on it ripped over and over. But over all the technology works!

This app is awful. I've been using Ava since 2019 and the app has always been super glitchy. Currently, I haven't been able to consistently sync in about 6 months. Customer service is zero help because they don't seem to understand when I say I'm not able to sync consistently, and respond to me as if I don't know how to tell if my device synced or not. I'm currently shopping for a new product with a better app and better customer service.

The bracelet is wonderful if the app worked. But this app is so terrible. Half of the time I don't have the option to sync my data it just tells me when I synced last! But after sleeping I open the app and half the time can't sync new data. Then it won't allow for editing or adding in missing information when and if the app does function properly again. Which messes up my whole cycle and the point of wearing the darn bracelet. Even better is that this started happening around ovulation, maybe.
