was working great, latest update broke it, can no longer connect to nvr. contacted support, they were very helpful and responsive, acknowledged the issue and worked with me to get around it. Said dev team is working on an update with a fix that should be available in about three months, which is a ridiculous timeframe to fix a bug that cripples the main functionality of the application, but at least the support was top notch. update: 3 months to the day update with fix is live.

Seems I keep updating this review from 4-3-2 stars... Each time I try to connect I get the "Syncing NVR data".... message and I never connect. I bought this system $$$$$ with the belief that the mobile app would provide me the ability to almost immediately get in and see what motion triggered and see Live data of the motion and its a disapointment... The App also needs the following enhancements (Just as competetors have on their Apps) 1 - Mobile App functionality to manually turn the Alarm\Light on\off. Other camera systems have it. Having this ability to turn a audio or light Alarm from the App should be a no brainer.

Worked at first for me also. I manually added my NVR and after restarting NVR and its ip address changed, updating config in this app to point to it's new ip address fails to connect. Tried port 80 and 443 but seemed no way to resolve. In this configuration be sure your mobile device is connected to the same network/subnet; e.g., switch to wifi not 4g mobile. Also be sure you are not on a VPN or other method of network isolation. With these considerations it worked great. Add "exit" button!
