was working great, latest update broke it, can no longer connect to nvr. contacted support, they were very helpful and responsive, acknowledged the issue and worked with me to get around it. Said dev team is working on an update with a fix that should be available in about three months, which is a ridiculous timeframe to fix a bug that cripples the main functionality of the application, but at least the support was top notch. update: 3 months to the day update with fix is live.

The nvr and cameras are great; this app on the other hand needs improvement. Navigation sucks, everytime I try to zoom in, it slides to the next camera view. Maybe put an arrow for next camera view, slide to move to the next camera view is toooo sensitive.

Worked at first for me also. I manually added my NVR and after restarting NVR and its ip address changed, updating config in this app to point to it's new ip address fails to connect. Tried port 80 and 443 but seemed no way to resolve. In this configuration be sure your mobile device is connected to the same network/subnet; e.g., switch to wifi not 4g mobile. Also be sure you are not on a VPN or other method of network isolation. With these considerations it worked great. Add "exit" button!
