It is strongly recommended this app be used on a secure Wi-Fi network. Streaming high-definition video over cellular networks can consume large amounts of data and deplete battery life.

This latest APP change is real GARBAGE - They just had to go and RUIN a good thing. Doesnt resolve the whole mobile screen anymore, it now starts playig recorded vids in SPEED 2 which causes you to miss the first 2-3 seconds and have to stop and rewind whereas previous app version did not... Way to go and RUIN a good thing.

was working great, latest update broke it, can no longer connect to nvr. contacted support, they were very helpful and responsive, acknowledged the issue and worked with me to get around it. Said dev team is working on an update with a fix that should be available in about three months, which is a ridiculous timeframe to fix a bug that cripples the main functionality of the application, but at least the support was top notch. update: 3 months to the day update with fix is live.

The nvr and cameras are great; this app on the other hand needs improvement. Navigation sucks, everytime I try to zoom in, it slides to the next camera view. Maybe put an arrow for next camera view, slide to move to the next camera view is toooo sensitive.
