About this app

Nugget is a shared map of real finds.

Found gold in a creek? Silver in an old dump? A meteorite in the desert? Drop a
pin on the exact spot. Everyone else using Nugget can see it — and you can see
theirs.

The map does not start empty. Nugget ships with over 200 documented sites from
public geological records: the Klondike, Kalgoorlie, the Witwatersrand, Cripple
Creek, Campo del Cielo and hundreds more across every continent. Somewhere near
you has probably produced before.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Mark a find with one tap, wherever you are standing
- Choose gold, silver, diamond, treasure or meteorite
- Add a note — how deep, what tools, which bend in the river
- See every find near you, and everywhere else in the world
- Say what happened when you went: you scored too, the ground looks right, or
there was nothing there
- Delete your own spots at any time

HOW YOU KNOW WHAT IS REAL

Every spot carries its history in plain numbers. How many people found something
there. How many found nothing. When somebody last got lucky. No badges to game,
no single score hiding the detail — just what other hunters reported, so you can
judge for yourself.

Spots within a hundred metres of each other are treated as one place, so a good
creek builds up confirmations instead of splintering into forty pins.

FREE AND PAID

Nugget is free. You get the whole map, all the historic sites at their exact
positions, and you can add as many finds as you like.

Other people's finds show as an area rather than a dot until you unlock them.
Watch a short ad to open a single spot — it stays open for you afterwards — or
unlock every exact position permanently.

BEFORE YOU DIG

Land belongs to somebody. Digging without permission can be a crime, even on
empty ground, and the historic sites on this map are old records rather than an
invitation — many sit on private land or active mineral claims. Meteorites carry
their own rules, and in some countries they may not be exported at all. Check
before you go.

TWELVE LANGUAGES

Nugget follows your phone's language: English, French, Arabic, Spanish,
Portuguese, Russian, Swahili, Chinese, Japanese, Hindi, Persian and Pashto.

A NOTE ON PRIVACY

There is no account and no sign-up. Nugget never asks for your name, email or
phone number. Your location is read only when you choose to mark a spot — never
in the background. Remember that a pin shows the world where you stood, so never
mark your own home.
Mark where you found gold, silver, diamonds or meteorites. See what others find.
