The Project VIIBE app is a research tool designed to help understand how hormones influence daily life in young adults aged 18–24. Using this app, participants can track how hormones relate to their mood, thoughts, and everyday habits, including vaping, drinking, or cannabis use.

Hormones naturally fluctuate throughout the menstrual cycle and can also be influenced by birth control. These changes may affect how people feel, think, and behave, but very little research has explored these effects in real life over time. This app allows researchers to collect real-time data directly from participants’ daily experiences to better understand these patterns.
