GAMMA (Glucose, Activity, and Mood - Mobile Assessment) Research Study at Texas A&M AgriLife Institute for Advancing Health through Agriculture is testing delivery of a just-in-time adaptive intervention to improve dietary behaviors. This app supports data collection from a continuous glucose monitor, activity tracker, and ecological momentary assessment surveys, as well as delivery of intervention messages. Use of this app is restricted to enrolled, consented participants taking part in this research study. The research study is approved by the Texas A&M Institutional Review Board as STUDY2025-0184.
