MiBi is a comprehensive research app serving as a central platform for UMich Mind Body studies. Designed to understand your mind-body interactions through both psychological and physiological measures, MiBi streamlines data collection by integrating measurements from multiple wearable devices to track physical stress indicators. The app also sends brief surveys throughout your day to capture your moods, activities, and stress levels in real-time. Additionally, MiBi features a Location History tool that visually represents your daily movements, providing you with a personal way to understand and reflect on your routines and daily activities, all contributing to valuable research.

A crucial feature of the MiBi app is the Location History. It provides a visual representation of your daily movements, allowing you to discover patterns in your daily routines and how they might affect your wellbeing. This feature collects location data in the background, even when the app is closed, and displays these locations as pins on a map within the application.

With an easy-to-use interface and quick survey formats, MiBi makes participating in research simple and convenient while contributing to our scientific understanding of mind-body interactions.
