Ratings and reviews

Many basic features are missing. 1) When I add list from dashboard, agent has to logout and login again to see new list. 2)Unable to change disposition from Andriod. 3)Agents are not able to login from email id , they have to login through username only 4) There is no option to turn off lead score And many more, Contacted them to give them the feedback but they are just ignoring.

Everything works great but a bit of lag recently and pauses. It would be nice if you can put back the option where it will auto dial for you without pressing next call.

One of the good mobile dialler but need to improve the functionality as it must have real time sync with phone to dial and add disposition from pc because it's quite time consuming to add disposition from cell phone because of small screen and touch pad.
