App is overall good but need some changes if you can do that it will become more efficient. For example on status press to edit, login profile edit, connect to calendar. These some of the changes which can make your app more efficient. Elaboration as requested: There is no option to see profile information of my account like what number I am login with. You can make one dashboard where we can see entire analytics of number of calls done, Responded, converted. To get over all matrix of the work

The reason I am giving this app a two star is cause every time I got to text the customer the app crashes. Then from that point I have no way to edit that I called and it's still new. Thus making data gathering pointless. Once the crashing is fixed and there is a way to update the contact after the crash I will put it at a 5 star. Other than that might be best to find an app that does not crash as often.

Hi ArcEon, We have added the feature to edit the status from CRM. Also, can you check if the crash issues are solved after updating to 4.0.

Wonderful app. Igave 4 stars as few thing like the call status which the app has the default one. We can't edit them instead we can add more status. As per the caller some time list went long to scroll and to add the status. And the colour pallete option are also few. Need to add more colour. My request is " that the caller may edit the call status on setting and increase the colour pallete. And the icing on the cake would be the call recording. With the logs jn the app
