The app looks good and is usable but it feels it's playing games with the prices sometimes. Full price at the list of cars please. Also not clear if the codes provided have an impact or not. you have to guess and try with and without. But what takes the prize on customer love: I had to extend car return by an hour due to flight delay, app plays along with the final confirm button saying "it may incur additional charges". In other words, agree to being charged whatever I tell you after you agree.

This App is always frustrating when booking different locations. it let's you pick your date and time, then after you pick the car type it will tell you something went wrong or the location cannot accommodate the reservation. I've also tried numerous times to redeem points and it just continues to say something went wrong and I cannot reserve. If you don't use points, it goes through.

I had a valid, not-expired credit card in my profile. But when I tried to reserve a car, it wouldn't let me, saying my credit card expired. I had to enter a 2nd credit card, delete the 1st card, then reenter the 1st card to make the reservation work without getting the "expired credit card" bs. Also, when I updated my credit card, Avis sent me a confirmation email, in which it addressed my name wrong. This shows the way they store users' info is completely messed up and not secure at all.
