I absolutely love Avon, but as a rep, the app isnt the greatest to be honest. I don't know if it's me, but it needs to be a bit more easier and clearer to use.

I'm frustrated with this app when I try to find certain account information and Anele is also not helping me. I prefer working on website and with call center itself when need be.

App doesn't work with my new phone!. I have uninstalled it and re-installed it many times. But it doesn't work. My phone is a Oneplus 7t. Prior to this I had a Samsung s8, and the app worked fine. Can you offer any help/advice if this issue is going to be dealt with? I love the app, it's so much easier and quicker than firing up the laptop, plus my mobile never leaves me, so it's extremely handy when I am out and about or away. Please fix this and soon
