For weeks now, I keep struggling to get into my own rep account. I follow instructions to reset pw etc, and I still struggle to log in. Odd times I get in, then i struggling the next time, same pattern all over again. So frustrating. I'm a gold star level, and this login struggle is not helpful for keeping things running smoothly with orders, payments etc

Hey Avon, I'm having trouble with the app. When I try to place orders, the products are often out of stock, but the system still lets me add them to the order. Then, I'm asked to prepay for products that aren't even available, which isn't ideal since I'm a rep and don't have the customer's payment upfront. Can we fix this issue? It's causing delays and making it hard for me to manage orders efficiently 🙏.

App doesn't work with my new phone!. I have uninstalled it and re-installed it many times. But it doesn't work. My phone is a Oneplus 7t. Prior to this I had a Samsung s8, and the app worked fine. Can you offer any help/advice if this issue is going to be dealt with? I love the app, it's so much easier and quicker than firing up the laptop, plus my mobile never leaves me, so it's extremely handy when I am out and about or away. Please fix this and soon
