the app is great, but today i wanted to put some money into my wallet and every time i try to transfer via online payment it just freezes after the OTP page. please solve this issue. update: the customer service responded and the issue was fixed the next day.

Several times when I place an order on a stock, the order becomes frozen and I am unable to cancel or modify it. I am forced to wait until the market closes before I can take any action. After the market closes, I sometimes discover that the order has been executed automatically, and by that time the price has already moved against me. Because I was unable to manage the order in real time, I end up with unnecessary losses. A trading platform must allow users to control their orders instantly.
